• 1 teaspoon of rock salt
• 2 cups of all-purpose flour
• 1/4 cup of granulated sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
• 4 tablespoons of cold butter
• 6 tablespoons of white wine
• 1 large egg
• 1 egg white
• 6 cups of sunflower oil
• 1 cup of chocolate chips
