Ingredients

• 1 whole chicken (1.2-1.5 kg) - cooking time will adjust with size.
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp rosemary (dried)
• 1 tsp thyme (dried)
• 1 tsp oregano (dried)
• 1 tsp lemon pepper
• ½ tsp garlic salt
• a little olive oil
• few spring of fresh thyme
• salt and pepper
