- 3 tbsp (45 mL) cornstarch
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) instant espresso powder
- 2 squares (28 g) semi-sweet chocolate, finely chopped
- ½ cup (125 mL) granulated sugar
- semi-sweet chocolate, melted and optional
