• 1 1/2 lbs Peak Fresh Produce® Zucchini, ends discarded and sliced 1/4 in. thick
• 1 1/2 lbs Peak Fresh Produce® Tomato(es), Roma , ends discarded sliced 1/4 in. thick
• 1/2 cup Roma® Cheese Crumbles, Gorgonzola
