Pear & Almond Tart – Gewürzhaus

Ingredients

• 90g unsalted butter, softened, plus extra for greasing
• ½ cup brown sugar
• 2 free-range eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• ¼ tsp salt
• 1 cup almond meal
• ¼ cup plain flour or gluten-free flour
• 1 tbsp Gewürzhaus Apple Cake Spice, plus extra for dusting
• ¼ tsp baking powder
• 2-3 pears, peeled, cored and quartered
• 1 tsp runny honey
