- 1 medium onion, peeled and finely chopped
- 1 leek, finely chopped
- 1L whole milk
- 30ml butter
- 500-600g potatoes (we used 3 medium sized potatoes), peeled and cubed

- Chopped chives
- A small amount of butter/oil for frying
