Nibblous | chilli-cheese jacket potatoes

Ingredients

• 500g lean minced beef
• 1 medium onion, 2 cloves garlic
• 1 Tin Chopped tomatoes
• 1 Green Pepper
• 1 teaspoon each of Cumin and Chilli Powder (medium or hot, depending on taste)
• I tin kidney beans in Chilli Sauce (I find these give a much creamier texture to the chilli than chilli beans in water) and a good squeeze of tomato puree
• Pinch of Salt and a good grind of Black Pepper
