Green Masala Akni recipe by Sumayah

• 2 cinnamon sticks
• 2 star anise
• 1 teaspoon whole cumin
• 5 cloves
• 5 green Elachi (cardomom) pods
• 2 bay leaves
• 3 tablespoon green masala
• 2-3 green chillis
• 1 tablespoon dhania (coriander) jeera
• 2 teaspoon garam masala
• 1 teaspoon turmeric
• 2 and a half cups of basmati rice
