Crispy Avocado Pineapple Tacos – Infraovens Culinary

Ingredients

• 1 avocado
• ¼ cup all-purpose flour
• ½ cup bread crumbs
• 1 large egg, whisked
• A pinch of salt
• A pinch of pepper
• 4 tortillas (we prefer corn tortillas for a more authentic taste)
• 2 limes
• ½ cup cilantro, finely chopped
• Pineapple Sauce/Salsa
• 1 cup Crushed Pineapple
• 1 Tomato, chopped
• ½ Red Bell Pepper, chopped
• ½ Cup Onion – finely chopped
• 1 Clove garlic, minced
