• 1 tsp Lemon Juice
• 1 Tbsp Vanilla Bean Paste
• 3/4 C Granulated Sugar – divided
• 1 tsp Baking Soda
• 3/4 C Cake Flour
• 3 1/2 Tbsp Melted Butter – cooled
• 1 Tbsp Cinnamon
• 1 tsp Cardamom
• 1 tsp Ground Dried Ginger
• ¼ tsp Ground Nutmeg
• ¼ tsp Ground Cloves
• 8 oz. Dark Chocolate
• ½ C Heavy Cream
• 4 oz Cream Cheese
• 4 oz Unsalted Butter (1 stick)
• 1 ¾ C Powdered Sugar
• 2 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste
• ½ C Pumpkin Puree
