- 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced into rings
- 1 tbsp. Minced Garlic
- 1 Red Hot Pepper – Rocoto
- 2 tsp. finely chopped fresh cilantro
- ¼ fresh ginger, finely grated
- ¼ tsp. Adobo All-Purpose Seasoning with Pepper
- Peruvian Botija Olives
- 1 bag Chulpe Corn for Toasting
