  • ¾ cup GOYA® Naranja Agria - Bitter Orange Marinade
  • ¾ cup Lemon Juice
  • 2 ribs celery, finely chopped
  • 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced into rings
  • 1 tbsp. Minced Garlic
  • 1 Red Hot Pepper – Rocoto
  • 2 tsp. finely chopped fresh cilantro
  • ¼ fresh ginger, finely grated
