Ingredients

• 1 1/2 pounds frozen artichokes
• 6 large eggs
• 2 large cloves of garlic, minced
• 1 large yellow onion, chopped
• 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
• 1 cup bread crumbs
• 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese (or more to taste)
• 1/2 cup olive oil
• 1 teaspoon Italian herb seasoning
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
• 1 teaspoon sea salt
