Ingredients

- 2 tbsp, butter

- Pinch of, salt
- 200ml, milk
- 500g , spinach, roughly chopped
- 100g , natural yoghurt
- 4, egg yolks
- to taste, Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2, garlic cloves, finely chopped
- Harissa paste or chilli flakes
- 2 tbsp, dukkah
- Streaky bacon
- Sliced avocado
