• 2½ cups semolina
• 1/2 cup thin semolina (ferkha flour)
• 50 g butter
• 2 eggs
• ½ cup sugar
• 1 ½ teaspoons instant yeast
• 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
• 1 ½ teaspoons grated lemon rind
• vanilla
