Ingredients

• 6 wooden skewers
• 6 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
• 4 tablespoons groundnut oil
• 2 cloves garlic, crushed
• 2 teaspoons grated onion
• 1cm (1/2 inch) grated fresh ginger
• 2 green chillies, finely sliced
• 4 skinless and boneless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
