- 2 tbsp palm sugar (or one cube)
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp roasted rice
- 2 tbsp birds eye chilis or 6-8 Thai chilis
- 4 tbsp fish sauce
- 4 tbsp water
- 4 tbsp fresh lemon OR lime juice
- 1 shallot
- 1 bunch cilantro chopped
