• 1 teaspoon 5ml Celery Seed
• Salt
• 4 Hard cooked Eggs - diced
• 2 Eggs - well beaten
• 3/4 cup 148g / 5.2oz Sugar
• 1 teaspoon 5ml Cornstarch
• Salt to taste
• 1/4 cup 59ml Vinegar to taste (1/4 to 1/2)
• 1/2 cup 118ml Cream or evaporated milk
• 3 tablespoons 45ml Mustard
• Butter - softened 1 cup 237ml
• Mayonnaise
