• 24 large Delallo Green olives with Herbs, pitted
• 1/2 cup goat cheese
• 1 teaspoon whole mustard seeds
• 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped fine
• 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 1 cup all purpose flour
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1 cup breadcrumbs (fresh or panko)
• 1/3 cup American Grana cheese
• 1 cup vegetable oil
• American Grana, for sprinkling
• zest and juice from one lemon, for sprinkling
