Recipe of Spicy Kalderetang Baboy

Ingredients

• 1 kilo of pork (kaldereta cut)
• 3 cloves of garlic, peeled and chopped
• 1 onion, peeled and sliced
• 1 red bell pepper, seeded and diced
• 3 medium sized potatoes, peeled and cubed.
• 2 tablespoons of liver spread
• 1 cup of sprite or 7up
• 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
• 1 can of tomato sauce
• 3 chili peppers
• cooking oil
• 1 cup of water
• salt and pepper to season
