• 2 or 3 serrano chiles (green and/or red)
• 3 tablespoons olive oil
• Juice of 1 lime
• 3 tablespoons honey
• 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
• 1 or 2 green onions, white and tender green portions, sliced
