Ingredients

• 1 recipe Gelson’s Neapolitan pizza dough (recipe link above)
• Bread flour, for dusting
• Cooking spray
• 2 garlic cloves, peeled
• 1 red jalapeño, stem removed
• 1 tsp Gelson’s sweet paprika
• 1 tsp Gelson’s whole oregano
• 2 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 2 tsp Gelson’s 100% California extra virgin olive oil
• Kosher salt, to taste
• Freshly ground Gelson’s black pepper, to taste
• ½ lb chicken tenderloins
• 1 red bell pepper
• ½ red onion, cut into 1”-thick wedges
• ¼ cup Greek yogurt
• 1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
• ½ English cucumber, thinly sliced and quartered
• ¼ cup roughly chopped cilantro
