Leg Roast recipe by Naseema Zulfi Khan

Ingredients

• 1 handful of rough salt
• 10 cloves
• whole black pepper and 2 to 3 bay leaves
• 2 tablespoon fine garlic
• 2 tablespoon red masala
• 1 tablespoon green masala
• 1 tablespoon ginger garlic
• ¼ teaspoon haldie (optional, I don't use it)
• 1 to 2 tablespoon rough black pepper
• 1 to 2 tablespoon of Kashmiri red chillie powder
• vinegar, lemon juice 2 to 3 tablespoon
• oil
• 1 tablespoon dry mustard powder (Colman's)
