Leg Roast Pieces recipe by Naseema Zulfi Khan

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon Red masala
• 1 tablespoon Garlic (I used Crushed Garlic)
• 1 tablespoon Green Masala
• 1 tablespoon Kashmiri Chilli powder
• 1 teaspoon roughly crushed black pepper
• 1 tablespoon vinegar
• 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
• 3 - 4 tablespoon oil
• Salt to taste
• Sprinkle of Thyme or mixed herby or Rosemary
• Add the Carrots baby potato s and red Chunky Onions (I STEAM ALL SLIGHTLY)
• Add few Blobs of butter over the roast
