Ingredients

• 1 1/2 tablespoons sweet paprika (1 1/2 palmfuls)
• 1 1/2 tablespoons ground cumin (1 1/2 palmfuls)
• 1 teaspoon dried oregano (1/3 palmful)
• 1 teaspoon ground coriander (1/3 palmful)
• 1/2-1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (medium-hot in spice level)
• 1 1/2 teaspoons coarse kosher salt (1/2 palmful)
• 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1 1/2-2 pounds), split into 8 pieces
• Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO), for drizzling
