• 60g caster sugar
• 1 x 6g pack freeze-dried strawberries
• 200g unsalted butter, softened
• 350g icing sugar, sifted
• 1 tbsp milk
• pink food colouring gel (optional)
• coloured vermicelli cake decorations, to sprinkle
