Pear jelly made without artificial preservatives, flavors, or colors. Simply dissolve gelatine in pear syrup and juice, then chill to set. Perfect for those avoiding chemicals.

- 3 teaspoons gelatine (See Note)
- 1/2 cup syrup from pears in syrup
- 1 1/2 cup pear juice (Refer to Basics Page)
- 1 pear half in syrup (diced)
