Ingredients

• 1kg/2lb silverbeet
• 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
• 1 onion diced
• 1 tsp salt
• freshly ground black pepper
• finely grated zest of 1 lemon
• 2 tsp ground cumin
• 1/4 cup finely chopped mint leaves
• 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
• 150g/5oz feta cheese crumbled
• 4 cups self-raising flour plus extra for dusting
• 1 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 cups plain yoghurt (runny, not Greek)
• 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt
• 2 tbsp harissa (optional)
