Ingredients

• 3⅓ cup (416 g) all-purpose flour
• ½ tsp (3 g) salt
• ½ tsp (2 g) baking powder
• 1 cup (227 g) butter
• ⅔ cup (145 g) Redpath® Dark Brown Sugar, packed
• 3 tbsp (48 g) Redpath® Special Fine Granulated Sugar
• 1 large egg, lightly beaten
• 1 large yolk
• 2½ tsp (12 ml) pure vanilla extract
• ½ recipe “ The Best and Easiest Royal Icing ”
• Rainbow or confetti sprinkles (also called “quins”)
• Red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, and pink gel food colouring
