SPAR - Beef Wellington

Ingredients

• 300 g SPAR Lasagne sheets
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 large onion, chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 550 g SPAR Tender and Tasty Lean Beef Mince
• 150 g SPAR Streaky Bacon, chopped
• 150 g mushrooms, sliced
• 450 g can SPAR Diced Tomatoes with juice
• 150 ml red wine
• 1 SPAR Beef stock cube
• 5ml each of oregano, basil, salt & black pepper
• 120 g SPAR Choice Butter
• 100 g SPAR Cake Wheat flour
• 800 ml SPAR Full cream Milk
• 300 ml SPAR Fresh Cream
• Salt, white pepper & nutmeg to taste
• Mixed cheeses for topping (150 g Parmesan, 150 g Cheddar)
• Change the herb mix for a different flavour profile.
• ​Experiment with different cheese blends for the topping.
