- 200ml milk
- 200ml fresh cream
- 3 large egg yolks
- 50g sugar
- castor sugar, for dusting
- ARCTIC ROLL
- FILLING
- 60g sugar
- 300ml double cream
- VANILLA SPONGE
- 2 large eggs
- 115g castor sugar
- 30ml (2 tbsp) clarified butter
- 50g cake flour
- 2,5ml (½ tsp) vanilla extract
