Sansho Pepper Yakitori with Spicy Furikake | Club House

Ingredients

• 1 tsp (5 ml) ground Sansho pepper
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) sesame seed black
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) organic sesame seed
• 1/2 tsp (2 ml) pepper coarse black
• 1/2 tsp (2 ml) pepper crushed red
• 1/2 tsp (2 ml) ginger ground
• 1/2 tsp (2 ml) sea salt grinder
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) sweet soy sauce
• 2 tbsps (30 ml) unseasoned rice vinegar
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) mirin
• 1 tsp (5 ml) white miso paste
• 1/4 tsp (1 ml) ground sansho pepper
• 1 1/2 pounds (680 g) boneless, skinless chicken thighs trimmed of excess fat and cut into 1-inch(2 1/2-cm) chunks
• 8 medium green onions trimmed and cut into 2-inch(5-cm) pieces
