• MANGO PUREE:
• 4 cups chopped peeled mango
• 3 tablespoons sugar
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
• 1 tablespoon water
• MOUSSE:
• 1-1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
• 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
