Ingredients

• 3/4 cups granulated sugar
• 1/3 cup light brown sugar, tightly packed
• 2 tbsp malted milk powder
• 3 tbsp cornstarch
• 3/4 tsp salt
• 2 tbsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp nutmeg
• 1/2 cup unsalted better, melted
• 6 tbsp heavy whipping cream
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 4 large egg yolks
