• ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
• 1 onion, peeled and quartered
• ¼ cup red wine vinegar
• ½ cup Woolworths smokey BBQ braai marinade
• 2 spring onions, thinly sliced
• 90 g sachet Woolworths pickled red onion petals
