- 600g potatoes, cut into 1cm cubes
- 1 red onion, roughly sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- sea salt
- 2–3 sprigs of fresh rosemary
- 2 x 225g rump steaks, at least 2cm thick
- a good grind of black pepper
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3 sprigs of fresh rosemary leaves, finely chopped
- ½ lemon, zest and juice
