  • - 1 cup thinly sliced Lebanese cucumber (about 2 small cucumbers)
  • - 1 small jalapeño pepper, thinly sliced (optional)

  • - 2 tbsp tamari (or soy sauce)
  • - 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • - 2 tsp rice vinegar
  • - 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • - ¼ cup Peanut Butter Sea Salt
  • - ¼ cup coconut milk
  • - 1 clove garlic, pressed or chopped
  • - The zest and juice of 1 lime
  • - 1 tsp sesame oil
  • - 1 tsp tamari (or soy sauce)
  • - ½ tsp sriracha
  • - Sea salt, to taste
  • - Soft baguette, cut and sliced lengthwise
