Ingredients

• 1 pinch Black Pepper
• 800 g Tomatoes (Chopped)
• 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
• 1/2 tsp Cinnamon (Ground)

• 1/4 tsp Ginger (Ground)
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 Onion (finely chopped)
• 1 pinch Salt
• 500 g beef (Mince)
• 1/2 tsp Turmeric
• 300 ml Chicken (Stock Cube hot )
• 200 g Couscous
• 1/2 Lemon (juice only)
• 1 bunch Flat Leaf Parsley (finely chopped)
• 4 tbsp Yogurt (Natural)
• 1 tbsp Fresh Coriander (chopped)
• 2 tbsp Pistachio Nuts (chopped)
• 3 Scallions (use 2-3 finely sliced)
