Chicken and Sausage Cassoulet

Ingredients

• 1 1/4 cups dry navy beans
• 1/2 pound bulk pork sausage
• 2 to 3 pounds whole chickens cut up
• 1/2 cup carrots finely chopped
• 1/2 cup celery chopped
• 1/2 cup onions chopped
• 1 1/2 cups tomato juice
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 2 teaspoons bouillon beef flavored
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon basil crushed
• 1/2 teaspoon oregano crushed
• 1/2 teaspoon paprika
