Ingredients

• 1 x tin whole peeled tomatoes, liquidised or mashed
• 1 x tin tomato and onion mix
• 1 x tin whole kernel corn, drained
• 1 x tin cream style sweet corn
• 1 x tin chick peas, drained
• and / or 1 x tin mixed beans
• 10 ml chicken stock powder
• 3 ml dried origanum
• 3 ml garlic and herb seasoning
• 1 liter water
• Dried spring onion and or parsley (or fresh if available)
• 250 ml Clover long life full cream milk or fresh full cream milk
• or 250 ml Clover fresh cream or Clover long life cream
• 30 ml cake flour
