My Lemon, Strawberry + Thyme Pound Cake is springtime in cake form. So many fresh + seasonal flavors in one pretty loaf pan. Gorgeous + Zesty + Delicious!

- 1 C ripe strawberries, stemmed + diced
- 1 T fresh thyme leaves
- 1 T agave
- 1 1/2 C unbleached cake flour
- 1 t baking powder
- 1 lemon, zested
- 1/2 C + 2 T cultured butter, room temperature
- 1 C caster sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 C cultured whole buttermilk
