• 2 cups orzo pasta , cooked
• 1/3 cup dry breadcrumbs
• 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
• 1 lb lean ground lamb
• 1 garlic clove , minced
• 2 tablespoons fresh parsley , chopped ( divided )
• 2 large egg whites
• 1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
• 2 cups marinara sauce ( bottled , store bought )
• 3/4 cup feta cheese , crumbled
