Seafood Spinach Dip

Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) butter
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) crushed dried basil
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL) ground black pepper
- 300 g (1 pkg) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 pkg (227 g) Clover Leaf Lobster Delectables™, Flake Style or Clover Leaf Crab Delectables™, Flake Style
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) cream cheese
- Crackers or bread sticks
