Chicken Katsu Curry - Flahavan's

Ingredients

• 4/5 Flahavan’s rolled oats
• 1 tsp onion granules
• 1 tsp garlic granules
• ½ tsp smoked paprika
• Salt and pepper
• 2 tbsp cornflour
• 1 large egg
• 2 chicken breasts
• Rapeseed oil
• 1 medium carrot, roughly chopped
• ½ onion, finely chopped
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 1 tbsp. fresh ginger, minced
• 1 tbsp. curry powder
• ½ tsp. turmeric
• Pinch of ground star anise
• 1 tsp. garam masala
• 2 tbsp. soy sauce
• 1 1.4 cups chicken broth
• 2 tsp. honey
