Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 small bell pepper, chopped
• 2 teaspoons (two cloves) minced garlic
• 1 cup green onions, chopped
• 1 pint heavy cream
• 1 (32-ounce) jar salsa
• 1/2 cup chopped parsley
• 1 teaspoon dried thyme
• 5 to 6 dashes Tabasco sauce
• Dash salt
• 2 teaspoons black pepper
• 1 pound cream cheese
• 1 pound crab meat
