Sausage, Peppers, Onions, and Potato Bake

Ingredients

• 1 teaspoon olive oil
• 1 pound Italian sausage links, cut into 2-inch pieces
• 1/8 cup olive oil
• 2 large potatoes, peeled and thickly sliced
• 1 large green bell pepper, seeded and cut into wedges
• 1 large red bell pepper, seeded and cut into wedges
• 1 large onion, cut into wedges
• 1/4 cup white wine
• 1/4 cup chicken stock
• 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
• salt and pepper to taste
