Clodagh McKenna’s Picnic Quiches
As seen on ITV’s This Morning, Clodagh McKenna created these delicious picnic quiches. We followed her recipe, and they turned out perfectly!
Ingredients
- 50g Black Bomber
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 150g diced pancetta
- 2 spring onions
- 6 eggs, and one for brushing plus a splash of milk
- 1 tbsp flat leaf parsley
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1.8 oz Black Bomber
- 5.3 oz diced pancetta
