Ingredients

• ½ red pepper, finely diced
• ¼ cup mayonnaise
• 3 scallions, thinly sliced
• 1 large egg, beaten
• 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 2 tsp lemon juice
• 1 ½ tsp Old Bay Seasoning
• 1 pound lump crab meat, picked through for cartilage and shells
• 1 ¼ cup panko breadcrumbs
• ¼ tsp kosher salt
• 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
