Coconut Chicken Korma recipe by Naseerah Sayed

Ingredients

• 1 chicken cut and washed
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon fine jeeru (cumin)
• 1 teaspoon fine dhania (coriander)
• 1 tap red chillie powder
• ½ teaspoon tumeric
• lemon juice to make a paste
• 2 tomatoes (liquidised)
• 4 tablespoon plain yoghurt
• 1 teaspoon ginger garlic masala
• 1 teaspoon fine dhania (coriander) and jeeru (cumin)
• 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
• 1 teaspoon garam Masala
• 1 tin coconut milk
