• 1 cup chopped onion
• 1 cup chopped celery

• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 Red Gold Canned Petite Diced Tomatoes 14.5 oz
• 1 jar roasted red bell peppers, including liquid, 16 oz
• 2 cups vegetable or chicken stock
• 1-2 cups heavy cream, or Half and Half
• Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
