Ingredients

• 36 saltine crackers, finely crushed (about 1 ½ cups/375 ml)
• ¼ cup (60 ml) milk
• 1 lb (450 g) cooked fresh crabmeat, in large pieces (see note)
• ¼ cup (60 ml) mayonnaise
• ¼ cup (10 g) chives, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp butter, melted
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) lemon juice
• 1 tsp (5 ml) Dijon mustard
• 1 egg
• A few drops of Tabasco sauce
• Pepper
• 2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
